Health and Safety

LNS develops site-specific Health and Safety Plans for each remedial project. All plans are consistent with the requirements of OSHA Standards and Regulations outlined in title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 1910 and 1926, and adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. We are ISNET certified. 

All LNS employees are full time and maintain all required OSHA training including: HAZWOPER, construction training, competent excavation certifications and medical surveillance.

Virtually all of our business is repeat business and/or referrals from our existing customers. Most clients have worked with us for decades. Insurance

LNS’s insurance policy has been designed to offer our clients additional environmental liability protection. We maintain high limit General Contractor’s Liability, Contractor's Pollution Liability, Automobile Liability and Professional Services Insurance. Additional insurance coverage can be added to meet specific clients’ needs.
